Digital printing doesn’t have to be complicated, that’s why we are here. How can I place an order?

All orders are done online, either via email or through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone or through live chat. You can check out our How We Work page to get an idea of our online printing process.

What are your operating hours?

Feel free to browse our website and place online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However if you would like to order via email or if you need to speak to a human, we are available from 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept multiple payment methods. If you order through our website you can pay using your credit or debit card from most major providers. You may also choose to pay via EFT at checkout. For emailed orders, you will receive an invoice and you can pay via eft or at our offices with your credit or debit card.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer a cancellation as printing is a custom process however once an order is placed and paid for, you will have a very short time frame to cancel. Kindly call us as soon as possible and we will advise you on whether your order has been printed or not.

What happens if I am not happy with my print?

We will assess each query on a case by case basis. If you have received the completely wrong colour on your print or there is an issue with the media or any other reason that may be our fault we will gladly reprint your order or offer you a refund.
